This is a simple way to make a cartoon-style drawing in Photoshop. I use PS CS3, but any version should be fine. It should even apply to all other image-editors out there that uses layers. GIMP is a free software you can use if you don't have the money to buy Photoshop! The model on the picture is Mini Andén (sorry, Mini, for making such crappy rendering of you).
